Return Policy

When you place your order, each product is made specifically for you by the company that manufactures our products: Printful. Because this is custom work for you, we do not offer returns and exchanges. However, if there is an error with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected]


Product Errors: All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.


Lost in Transit: All claims for any package lost in transit must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Product Returns: If there’s a problem with the product, return the item/s to Printful. The return address is set by default. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. If Printful does not receive your returned order, you will be responsible for the cost. 


Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You are liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated applicable address with you.


Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility. If you request to have the product shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. 


Unclaimed returns: Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you are liable for any returned shipments you receive.


Size exchanges: We have a size guide for our products. Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds. Since we make everything on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.


Order Lost in Transit: All of Printful’s shipping methods offer tracking. However, the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order, the package may be lost in transit. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.


Order/s Marked Delivered but not received: If the shipment’s tracking states that it was delivered but you haven’t received it, we don't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. You need to contact the shipping company for further information. Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address so we advise checking up on it.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
